Our Founding Principles
Guided Comfort Guide was founded in 2023 by Larry Kudla, who deeply understood the need for trustworthy advisors after going through the senior care selection process for a close family member. We remain committed to the principles on which we were founded:
Acting with integrity, honesty and transparency at all times. We have no corporate affiliations or incentives.
Providing completely objective guidance. We do not favor any providers or facilities.

Larry Kudla
Executive Director
Larry brings over 40 years of extensive real estate experience to his role as Guided Comfort Guide's founder. His background as a broker, lender, contractor and developer gives him unique insight into senior housing from all perspectives.
Throughout his accomplished career, Larry became increasingly aware of the major challenges seniors and families face in selecting care facilities. In 2022, he established Guided Comfort Guide as a nonprofit to fill this need.
Larry leverages his real estate expertise to lead an organization dedicated to easing the transition to senior living. He remains committed to the mission of providing seniors and families with compassionate guidance and support.
